TRANSTECH MARKETING NETWORK LLC
1. Purpose
TRANSTECH MARKETING NETWORK LLC sets the following standards for campaigns carried out by our team or on our behalf. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Customer Data Protection Policy.
2. Your Inquiry Is Not Marketing Consent
Submitting a proposal inquiry, sharing a project document or clicking our call button does not enroll you in automated marketing calls or text messages. We use inquiry information to address your request.
3. Permission for Marketing
Where legally required, obtain prior express written consent before automated telemarketing calls or texts or artificial or prerecorded voice marketing calls. Consent must identify the authorized seller and number, explain the communication, and not be a condition of purchase.
4. Opting Out
You can ask us to stop marketing calls during a call or email info@transtechmarketing.com with the affected number. If you receive marketing texts, reply STOP or otherwise clearly request that they stop. Reasonable withdrawal requests must be honored promptly within applicable deadlines; a particular keyword is not mandatory.
5. Do Not Call and Calling Hours
Campaigns must respect applicable national, state and company-specific suppression requirements. Consumer solicitation calls must stay within permitted local hours, generally 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., with stricter state limits observed. Callers must identify the business and provide a usable contact method.
6. Campaign Setup and Records
Before a campaign begins, the responsible team must document its audience, communication channels, consent requirements, approved scripts and opt-out handling. Client-supplied lists must be reviewed for authorization; receiving a list alone is not permission to contact it.
Maintain appropriate consent and suppression records, restrict access and coordinate updates with campaign providers. These are operating requirements, not a statement that this website contains a calling platform.
7. Messaging Programs
If a text messaging program is offered, its enrollment notice must explain the sender, message purpose, expected frequency, potential message and data charges, and how to obtain help or opt out. This page does not subscribe you to a messaging program.
8. Questions and Changes
Report an unwanted communication to info@transtechmarketing.com with its date, the contacted number and the sender shown. Do not include sensitive account information. This policy may be updated as our services change; updates do not create consent or remove legal rights.
